By accessing and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Our service is provided under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

Our software is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License"). You may obtain a copy of the License at:

Key terms of the Apache-2.0 License include:

  • Right to use, reproduce, and distribute the software
  • Ability to modify and create derivative works
  • Requirement to preserve copyright and license notices
  • No warranty or liability for the software

3. Lifetime Deal Programme Scope

The Lifetime Deal Programme is subject to the following scope:

  • The Promotional Period may end at any time subject to TechBlitz's sole discretion.
  • The Lifetime Deal Programme shall be made to the holder of the TechBlitz Account for the duration of that user's lifetime. Such right shall immediately terminate upon the user being declared deceased. Such right shall not be transferable.
  • The Lifetime Deal Programme shall be made available so long as the TechBlitz Service is made available.
  • The TechBlitz Service and its features may change at any time.
  • The Lifetime Deal shall not continue where technological changes make the Products of DEV TechBlitz Ltd obsolete.
  • The Lifetime Deal shall not continue where DEV TechBlitz Ltd ceases to operate, suspends the TechBlitz Service, is declared bankrupt, or otherwise ceases to operate.
  • In the event that the platform undergoes changes, you will have access to the latest features and support to help you transition to self-hosting if needed. Users who have purchased the lifetime deal prior to 18th February 2025 may be eligible for a 50% refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Our software's source code and related materials are made available under the Apache-2.0 License. This ensures transparency, collaboration, and the right to use and modify the software.

5. Limitation of Liability

As specified in the Apache-2.0 License, the software is provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for any damages or claims arising from the use of the software.

6. Contributions

Contributions to our project are welcome and will be subject to the terms of the Apache-2.0 License. By submitting a contribution, you agree to license your work under the same terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms and the Apache-2.0 License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to open-source software licensing.
